Return & Exchange
At FBMScents, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with a perfume, we offer the following return and exchange options:
Return Eligibility
- You can return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving it.
- At least 95% of the perfume should remain in the bottle.
- No returns are accepted for Samples or Testers.
Return Conditions
You can apply for a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
- The product must be unused, in the original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.
- The product received does not match the quantity you ordered.
How to Apply for a Return
- Please email us at contact@fbmscents.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Processing Time
- We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving the item.
- During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.
