At FBMScents, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with a perfume, we offer the following return and exchange options:

1. Return Eligibility

   • You can return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of receiving it.
   • At least 95% of the perfume should remain in the bottle.
   • No returns are accepted for Samples or Testers.

2. Return Conditions
   You can apply for a return or exchange if:

   • The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
   • The product must be unused, in the original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.
   • The product received does not match the quantity you ordered.

3. How to Apply for a Return

   • Please email us at contact@fbmscents.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
   • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Processing Time

   • We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving the item.
   • During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.
